jessasky.com is the official website of Jessa Sky (Jessica Valentine Sky Baker), featuring her music, an online merchandise store, the Sky Talks podcast, event and booking information, and a mailing list (“JS Angels”). The Site is operated independently by Jessa Sky.

All music, lyrics, recordings, videos, photographs, artwork, logos, the Jessa Sky name and wordmark, and all other content on this Site (collectively, “Content”) are the property of Jessica Valentine Sky Baker, professionally known as Jessa Sky, unless otherwise noted, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content without prior written permission.

When using this Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site
• Impersonate Jessa Sky, her team, or any other person or entity

5. Purchases

Merchandise available through the Site is sold and checked out through Shopify, a third-party e-commerce platform, subject to Shopify's own terms of service. Most orders are printed, packed, and shipped directly by Jessa Sky; select items are instead fulfilled through print-on-demand via Printful, subject to Printful's fulfillment process. For order-specific details — including shipping timelines, returns, and exchanges — please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy, which will govern in the event of any conflict with this section.

6. Third-Party Links

This Site contains links to third-party platforms, including Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and podcast hosting services, provided for your convenience. Jessa Sky does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party sites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

This Site and its Content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jessa Sky and her representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

• Contact information you provide when joining the JS Angels mailing list (email address, and optionally your name)
• Order information collected during checkout through Shopify, including your name, shipping address, email address, and payment information (payment details are processed and stored by Shopify directly — we do not store your full payment information)
• Browsing behaviour, collected automatically through Google Analytics and Hotjar, which may include pages visited, time on site, click patterns, and, through Hotjar, anonymized session recordings and heatmaps
• Technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device information, collected through standard analytics tools

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process, fulfill, and ship your merchandise orders
• Send updates, new releases, and marketing communications to JS Angels subscribers through Klaviyo
• Power automated, purchase-triggered emails (such as abandoned cart reminders and post-purchase follow-ups) where Klaviyo is connected to our Shopify store
• Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
• Respond to inquiries sent to us directly

3. Who We Share Your Information With

Most orders are printed, packed, and shipped by Jessa Sky personally, using the order and shipping information provided through Shopify at checkout. We also work with the following third-party services, each of which processes personal information on our behalf or independently, subject to their own privacy policies:

• Shopify — processes checkout, payments, and order data
• Printful — for select print-on-demand items, receives your name, shipping address, and order details to fulfill and ship those orders
• Klaviyo — receives email signup information for mailing list communications, and, where connected to our Shopify store, purchase and order data to power automated marketing emails
• Google Analytics and Google Search Console — collect and analyze site traffic data
• Hotjar — records anonymized session behaviour and generates heatmaps to help us understand how the Site is used
• Bing Webmaster Tools — provides search traffic data

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies

This Site uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to support analytics and site functionality. Cookies used on this Site are primarily associated with Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Bing Webmaster Tools. • Request that inaccurate information be corrected
• Request that your personal information be deleted, subject to any legal or operational requirement to retain it

7. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Unsubscribing from JS Angels Emails

Every marketing email sent through Klaviyo includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing will stop both general marketing emails and any automated, purchase-triggered emails (such as abandoned cart or post-purchase messages). You may also contact us directly to be removed from the list. Marketing emails to JS Angels subscribers are sent in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), including sender identification and a working unsubscribe mechanism in every message.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page, and the “last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
